Here are some recent cards I pinned to my Pinterest account..Enjoy!

Recently I was asked to make 12 cards for one of our precious senior ladies at Leacock Longterm Care.  She wanted them for thank you cards but after seeing the beautiful cards from pins on Pinterest she could not make up her mind on just one card, so I gave her this variety.
This teacup stamp came from Our Daily Bread plus I used Crystal effects to cover the teacup only
to give a glassy finish, the embossing folder is from Darice.
I  added Stickles to the daisy centres and embellished with the green bow.
The background pink doily is from the Close To My Heart Artiste cartridge.
The Stamp used here is from the Cloud Nine Close To My Heart January promotion  with purchase.
The butterflies are from Martha Stewart's punch.  The Daisy Flourish  Darice embossing folder was used with stickles added to the flower centres and the butterfly bodies.
The Daisy embellishment is punched from Red and Pink cardstock  then inked using CTMH Saddle ink pad. The daisy centres have pearl centres and stickles were added to the embossed design cards purchased from the dollar store.
This card is not so famine to keep a card which can be used for a gentleman.
The stamp is a Close To My Heart (CTMH) as well as the frame around it.

I later added a decorative Thank You stamp under the bow which I purchased from CTMH.
This Thanks stamp is again from CTMH and was a Stamp Of The Month from the 2013 Spring and Summer catalogue. To view these ( $17.98 on sale for 5$) stamps shop 24/7 on line at www.dorothystevenson.ctmh.com   click on the shop or products drop down menu or search SOTM for the current stamp of the month.
I gave this card three stamps, first the 'You make me smile' is from the Cloud Nine CTMH promo
second, the 'border stamp' is from CTMH winter snowflake stamp set and the 'scripture blessing' is from Our Daily Bread Design and is used to form a bookmark.  The colours on the inking is more of a valentine red not as neon looking as in this photo. I made two slits the width of the bookmark in the card base on the top and bottom of the border to insert the bookmark.

I think this little lady will enjoy giving her friends these cards as a reminder of her appreciation
for their caring as much as I enjoyed doing them for her.
